Have received an email from Telstra to say; Some Fixed Line Phone Features are ending soon, the reason being as stated is; as they are incompatible with nbn technologies. My Question is this: As far as I am aware our Location at The Palms does not as yet have nbn cabling? We are on ADSL 2 as far as we are aware. We also understand that we may have to go to Satellite or Line of Sight Connections for our AREA. In addition, our Home is in a Mobile Black Spot for reception, hence the reason we are not using Mobile and ridding ourselves of the Landline. Our TV Reception is by Satellite, however we cannot connect by Landline to the nbn as we only have ADSL 2. So our Call Control Features are to STOP Working ending on 30 September 2019. So what then for us and how will this CALL Control Feature not working effect our Landline Telstra Services?
