So i'm trying to view my mobile plans that are on my account online. They appear in our billing>accounts but not on the Mobiles Tab.
I just went onto chat for half an hour and each time after i went through everything I was to be transferred to a digital rep. So I wait and wait and wait until I cant wait anymore and "end chat". So then I get the survey, and loop back into chat. re-read last sentence. Repeat
