Our Business Domain is hosted by telstra , support for our DH is provided by domains@online.telstra.com.au
When I email to domains@online.telstra.com.au I get a reply with Non-Delivery Report as below.

I try to contact 1800 729 563 by checking the previous post ,but support staff advise to try from different email id and they cant provide support thru phone as we are not premium customer.Emailed from my personal email id still I get the same NDR.
Can someone please help or guide in the right direction.

Thanks for the information,but still they point out to domains@online.telstra.com.au for support and they cant provide any phone support.
But tried to email on 30/0/2013 to above and i got a reply with Customer Reference no.
Can you provide more help if i can provide you the customer reference no?
