Not receiving Bigpond emails after changing from Telstra Mission Control
I have recently changed my hosting over from Telstra to Digital Pacific. I can no longer receive @bigpond emails and when I try to troubeshoot this on the new server there are no error messages displayed.
I have read in a previous thread that this can occur when Telstra still hold DNS records for the domain despite it being transferred.
How do I sort this out? The domain was transferred 2 weeks ago and the nameservers were changed on mission control FOUR weeks ago so it shouldn't be an issue with propagation after so long.
All other emails are being received, but even new email addresses added to the account cannot receive bigpond emails.
