Can’t find any of the plans they have put on my account on Telstra website All my months fees are more than one I saw on the Telstra website BYO 69 a month and no excess data what is going on here Phillipines don’t do things when you don’t know what you are doing Australia why is this happening I am leaving Telstra they can have there plans and fees and the best coverage I refuse to have to try and communicate with the Philippines
Hi Ellas, seems like you got caught up in communications stuff up. May I suggest you contact Telstra direct Australia.. that's a lot of money to loose without pushing more. Sometimes it is easier to ring direct rather on 24/7 and get quicker results. Hope it works out for you.
