Removing inactive mobile number from my account

My account shows an inactive mobile service that has been there for years and never activated. How can I remove it from my account and my 24/7 App?

Appreciate your patience, Cojac. I recommend calling us during business hours, on 13 22 00, and saying, 'Disconnect' at the voice prompts. The disconnections team can make sure it's removed entirely. Appreciate your patience in this; please let us know how you get on. - Matthew.
