Telstra Mobile Protect via YTT

Does anyone know if Telstra Mobile Protect is available for corporate mobile phones? Need to restrict usage to a single call centre number. Our tech guy is asking if the feature is available via YTT.

To be eligible for Telstra Mobile Protect you must have a Telstra Consumer Post-Paid mobile or mobile broadband (tablet) service: 

• With a 13 digit account number

AND

• A registered My Account login (Username/password)

Note: a Telstra Pre-Paid mobile or tablet service can't activate Telstra Mobile Protect, but you can add it as a Member service under a Post-Paid sponsor.

YTT is an option, though I don't this this will work as you intend. This has the option to restrict everything.

To confirm, are you looking to block all outgoing calls from a Mobile Service, except to a particular phone number?
