In Telstra Online Billing how do you add a service owner / name to S'vce Billing Overview report?

Could you please be a bit more specific with your query? I cannot determine to which report you are referring. From my perspective as a fellow Telstra customer, Telstra Online Billing is what is shown in the screenshot below:

I rang their help line 1800017715 and they were very helpful.  Just need to add a service name to the service in Manage Hierarchy screen...
