Why does the Unbilled Activity function online have constant issues
One minute you can see the information the next minute you can not retrieve any of the information for the current period. It drives me crazy. And sometimes it takes days for it to work again. Not very efficient for business. I havent been able to view calls or SMS on line for 2 days now
Sorry to hear you have had these issues with viewing your unbilled activity.
There can be a 24-48 hour delay for these to show on your YTT but if you are having these difficulties with regular issues viewing these, I would recommend chatting with Business support for YTT by calling 1800017715 so that they can investigate to see what is causing these issues with your unbilled charges showing intermittently.
