Spoke to online chat on Monday when I had a whole lot of errors after logging on trying to manage my mobile device (business account). They promised a fix was going in as we speak (I doubt this somehow). And now when I logon I am greeted with:
Your Telstra Tools is temporarily unavailable. We apologise for any inconvenience. For information regarding availability of Your Telstra Tools please visit the Telstra.com Service status page.
If you urgently need access to Your Telstra Tools please contact us on 1800 017 353 (8:30am-6pm AEST Mon- Fri). Does anyone know what is going on? clicking the service status page is no help as it just has outages for locations rather than applications.
