My Football Live App Not Connecting with my Telstra Account

I use both the NRL and AFL apps without problem and have the Live Pass connected without issue .. I downloaded the Football App to watch the Matildas game this morning and cannot validate the Live Pass for My Football .. have so far:

1. Deleted and Reinstalled the APP from the Apple Store (have an iPhoneX)

2. Signed Back into the App

3. Tried to connect to verify via Telstra 4G Data and not WiFi

 

Keep getting the Ooops ... We're having technical issues message ..

Can confirm I successfully validated my Live Pass .. pity the fix came too late to watch the great game the Matilda's put up against the US this morning .. onwards and upwards.

I can add to the list, turning the phone off and on again.

currently waiting for telstra assistance

this is an Optus world cup issue all over again =(

so telstra assistance kept me on the line for the whole of the first half to tell me there is a technical problem *Facepalm*

We’ve fixed the issue that stopped new subscribers from accessing our Live Pass services and some customers from self-serving via our digital applications.
