Being billed for NRL live app that I did not want

So I was up last night (Mon 4th Feb 2019) speaking to someone on the telstra 24x7 support app till 1:30am.
Explained my situation that I have been billed for an NRL subscription since February 2017 for $14.99 a service that is free for telstra plan customers mind you, I have only just noticed the charge because I saw it when it came out that same day and thought what is that?
Turns out it has been billed on the 4th of every month since 2017 (as I stated above) maybe even before as I can only go back so far on my bank history.
So the person on the 24x7 support said I would have to ring 132200 and say mobile billing when prompted, ok.

Ring 132200 the very next day and I am sorry but this was some of the worst support I have ever received from any company talking to me like I was stupid and didn't know how to use a computer or phone, or have the ability to read my credit card bill..
I would have received better help if I rang the Nigerian prince about my winning lottery ticket that I never remembered buying, to tell the truth I was almost ready to right then and there cancel everything we have with telstra, anyway that is beside the point..

My credit card is being billed for an NRL live service that I haven't ever signed up for, never even had an NRL account till last night so I could check what the hell was going on with this.
I want to be refunded for these charges and also for it to be cancelled.

I know its NRL live as my credit card bill said NRL Live Pass on it the day the charge came through and then after processing changed to:
TELSTRA APPLICATIONS MELBOURNE.

Notice the phone number it gives to ring on this egregious transaction exactly the same one that 24x7 support gave to me and yet to say they were completely unwilling to help me would be too nice.
I have not subscribed to NRL, I do not follow the NRL and there is nowhere that I can unsubscribe from, I do know a lot about computers and phones I am very tech savvy and when I say there is no where that will allow me to unsubscribe from this service that I have absolutely no interest in whatsoever short of canceling my credit card then that is what I mean.
The charge is coming straight from telstra straight to my credit card so please do not say anything about Google play store or anything else about that I have heard it too many times today if the charge was coming from Google then it would have their name all over it not Telstras and I would not be here.

Sorry for the long post but honestly Telstra support is absolutely terrible and I had to vent a bit.

Thank you for your post, my apologies for any confusion.

 

A $14.99 charge from Telstra Applications Melbourne is for an AFL Live Pass, not an NRL Live Pass.

NRL Live Pass subscriptions can only be signed up via Google Play or iTunes, and would reflect this on your bank statement.
