Can't cancel NRL Live Pass subscription

I've followed the KB and help threads here and have been unable to cancel my NRL Live Pass subscription.

 

I had huge problems over the last 12 months with my subscription being cancelled by Telstra then not cancelled then couldn't be added to my NRL user account then...

 

The ultimate result is that I have a subscription which is not related to a Telstra account or a Google Play account so cannot be cancelled through either of those methods.  The NRL App button to cancel my NRL Live Pass subscription does nothing as well.

 

Just want to stop the subscription from rolling over into the next season so I can be done with this "service" once and for all...

Thank you for your post, my apologies for any issues you're experiencing with NRL Live Pass. 

 

All subscriptions to NRL Live Pass are subscribed via Google Play or iTunes. 

Unfortunately, we do not have access to Google Play systems to cancel this purchase on your behalf. 

 

If you require assistance with cancelling your subscription, we recommend contacting Google Support via the below link so they can investigate.

Did you read my post?

It is not a Google subscription. It was provided by Telstra Crowdsupport to rectify technical issues.

PLEASE check my records, read my posts and provide a solution.

I have sent you a private message to request further information so that I can investigate further. 

 

If viewing on a desktop/laptop:
In the top right hand corner of CrowdSupport, you should see a profile icon, with a drop down - Select Messages. This is your inbox & will contain any private messages you receive via CrowdSupport.

If viewing on a mobile device:
Tap the messages icon at the bottom of the screen & select the login option to sign into your account. This will take you back to the original page, where you can select message to access your inbox. This will contain any messages you receive via CrowdSupport.
