Cancelling NRL subscription

Hi
Trying to cancel subscription to NRL any ideas as will not happen when go into manage and cancel function?

Sorry for the trouble cancelling and I would be more than happy to help you get this sorted. 

 

What happens when you try and cancel? Do you get an error message?

 

Alternatively, I can do this from my end, so I will send you a private message as well now.

If viewing on a desktop/laptop:
In the top right hand corner of CrowdSupport, you should see a envelope icon. This is your inbox & will contain any private messages you receive via CrowdSupport.

If viewing on a mobile device:
Tap the menu icon (top left), scroll to bottom & log in. Once you've done this, tap the menu icon again & scroll to the bottom until you see "Messages". This is your inbox & will contain any private messages you receive via CrowdSupport

Hi, I am experiencing the same issue. I cannot cancel my subscription within the nrl app. Can you please help. Thank you.

Thank you for your enquiry, my apologies for any issues you're experiencing whilst trying to cancel your NRL Live Pass

Same with me. You really need to fix it so people can cancel their subscription in app.
Also I was charged on the 10th when my renewal is the 13th so would like to have that refunded on top of cancelling my sub

I would like to cancel my NRL Digital Pass and can't do it via the app or via the web site.

 

Can someone from Telstra please help.

Thank you for your enquiry, my apologies for any issues you've experience whilst attempting to cancel your NRL Live Pass.

 

They’re ongoing subscriptions until cancelled as per the terms

Depending on how you are charged will determine how the subscription was signed up

 

If charged to a Credit Card, the charge description will be listed as below

Telstra Applications Melbourne = Subscribed via Website

GOOGLE *Telstra CorpGOOGLE.COM = In App subscription via Google Play

APPLE ITUNES STORE SYDNEY = In App Subscription via iTunes

 

Once you've confirmed, please follow the relevant instructions here to cancel the subscription.
If no active subscription is associated, we'd recommend checking any other emails that could have been used to sign up.

 

If you've been charged by GooglePlay or iTunes, you will need to contact them directly as we unfortunately do not have access to their systems to cancel a purchase on your behalf. 

 

If you still need a hand to cancel and you've been charged by Telstra Applications Melbourne, please let me know.

I have tried going through the website and no options to cancel. I have only ever used one email address for the nrl pass. Also it’s charged against my credit card under “Telstra Application Melbourne” can I please get help to cancel?

I am unable to cancel my subscription also. Can you please tell me how to cancel as this appears to be a problem that should be fixed by now. Thank you
