Apologies for any issues with your Live Pass subscription.
All subscriptions are managed by Google or Apple through the Play Store
or App Store, depending on whether you use Android or iOS.
We have no access to your account, but the last customer that noticed 2 charges within the App Store,we discovered the 2 charges were listed fortnightly,
therefore one charge each week, which was correct.
If you are being charged twice, then either 2 accounts have been used to activate a live pass,or there is a billing issue from your store. You can report an issue with a purchase by accessing your subscriptions in the applicable store.
For Android, open the Play Store>options>subscriptions>NRL>Report a problem
If using iOS, go to settings>your name>iTunes & App Store>Apple ID>view Apple ID> Subscriptions>NRL>options>report a problem.
If you are still having no luck, can you please specify exactly how the charges appear on your credit card statement, and what device you are using to access your Live Pass?
