NRL Live App not working

NRL Live Pass not working. I am not a Telstra customer, but have the NRL Live Pass for Android. I get the "Error: com.ooyala.android.Ooyala.exception" message and then it doesn't play.

 

It seems to work if I just use my mobile data, but I don't want to use my data up as I am not a telstra customer.

I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app and made sure that I am not signed in on any other devices. It randomly works, but not often. Please help as I just want to watch the footy!

Thank you for your post, my apologies for any issues you're experiencing with the NRL Live App. 

 

What device are you using to access the NRL Live app? (mobile/tablet, make/model etc)

What version of Android is your device running? 

 

I would first recommend clearing the cache to see if this assists, as you've already uninstalled/reinstalled.

Tried everything multiple times and it still doesn't work. I just want to watch the football!

I have a Samsung S8 using Android version 9.

Thank you for getting back to me, my apologies that you're still experiencing issues. 

We've not had any other reports of this error, I have sent an email to the technical team for further investigation. 

If you can get back to me with the below information, this will assist in their investigation

 

Do you get the same error when trying to watch Full Match Replays on Wi-Fi or does the error only impact live streaming? 

 

Do you have another device that you are able to test the NRL Live App on to see if this is isolated to your device?
