Hi I currently use your Telstra app to live stream nrl. I am currently being charged $7.98. a week instead of $3.98. I’ve looked into this furthee and can see there has been two sucriptions linked to my Apple ID account. The application was extremely faulty last season (2018) and it advised my account was not registered when attempting to log on. Therefore I had to create a new account - whilst being unaware it was still charging my first account. If I provide you my debit card details you will be able to link the accounts you have been charging. I would like to be re-imbursed for account you have been incorrectly charging.

Unfortunately, we do not have access to Apple systems to investigate further into this.
As per the terms and conditions: When you purchase either a weekly, monthly, or yearly subscription, your purchase is via the Apple App Store not with Telstra. If you have a billing issue to resolve, you should contact the Apple App Store.
You will need to contact Apple directly to have them look into this and cancel one of the subscriptions.
