I’ve noticed that my account is being chard a monthly fee for the Live App however my subscription says that it’s active and I have a yearly subscription valid to April 2020. What do I need to do now?

Apologies for any issues with the Netball Live App.
It sounds like you have 2 subscriptions active, an annual subscription and
a monthly subscription.
All subscriptions are managed via the Play Store or App Store, depending on whether
you use iOS or Android (or both). We have no access to your account/s, but I can guide
you on how to review yourself.
It's not possible to have both the subscriptions attached to the same Google Account/Apple ID,
you will need to perform the following steps on all Apple ID's/Google Accounts that have access
to your credit card.
If using Android, open the Play Store>options>subscriptions>Netball Live
If using iOS, go to settings>your name>iTunes & App Store>Apple ID>view Apple ID>
I would suggest cancelling the monthly subscription once located. If you cannot locate
the subscription, how exactly do the charges appear on your credit card statement?
So, I only have one account. How can I cancel a subscription I NEVER set up?
