Netball Live App - Data Usage

Is any one else using data to watch the Suncorp Team Girls netball on their Netball Live App??? I watched a gsme last night and i used 2gb of data. It says its data free, and I'm a telsra user and it says my subscription is actuve ????

Thank you for your post. 

 

Standard data charges apply when downloading and using apps. Video data usage is currently unmetered only for certain Telstra customers in respect of supported devices within Australia when on the Telstra mobile network.

 

Where are you checking your data usage? 

I would recommend checking this via My Account or the Telstra 24x7 app for an accurate representation of your data usage.

Third party applications and your phones settings will not take into account any unmetered data. 

 

If you think it is using your data, I'd recommend checking your APN is set to Telstra.Wap

I did check in the 24x7 for my data. It was working last year. Have there been any changes, I do all the updates.

I am on a byo $49 PLAN with 15 gb of data. I have a tough max phone.

How do I check the Apn is on Telstra especially. Still using data, for 10 mins of watching netball I used. .44 gb

Just checked and my APN is set to Telstra wap, so why am I using data.

There is no reason that the Netball Live App would be using data unless you are overseas. 

 

Unfortunately, we are unable to look into specific data usage on your account as we do not have access to these records.

I would suggest contacting 13 22 00 so that your data usage can be investigated further.
