Thank you for your post, my apologies for the delayed response and any issues you're experiencing with the Netball Live App. 

 

Can you please confirm if you are trying to restore a purchased subscription or redeem as a Telstra Mobile customer? 

If you are redeeming as a Telstra Mobile customer, you need to be connected to the 4G network, not Wi-Fi.

 

Have you uninstalled and reinstalled the Netball Live App to see if this assists?

What device are you using? (make/model)

What version of Android is your device running?

Hello

Yes it is working if im connected to 4G but i used.to ne able to watch via wifi so I would use my home broadband not my mobile data. This also happened on my tablet which only connecta on wifi. Also on tje telstra tv it isnt working at all it says sorry you appear offline when our telstra tv is connected via LAN no wifi.

 

I did uninstall and reinstall on all devices above.
