Firstly, airplay, chromecast, screen mirroring or external video to a smart TV or projector is not available wit the 2018 Quad Series.
Could you let me know what sort of device (iPhone, iPad, Android phone or tablet) you are using with the Netball App
Device / Model / OS version
I would recommend deleting the Netball Live app, restarting your device and then reinstalling/restoring the app
