Netball Live App chromecast

I am trying to watch the matches on Replay, yet when chromecast connects to my television, it says "this video is not encoded for your device".

How can i fix this?

Thank you for your post, my apologies for any issues you're experiencing with the Netball Live App. 

 

I would first recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the Netball Live App to see if this assists. 

 

If you're still experiencing issues, please let us know the below info 

 

What device are you using to access the Netball Live App? (mobilet/tablet, make/model etc) 

What version of iOS or Android is your device running? 

How are you subscribed? (Google Play/iTunes or Telstra Mobile customer)

I am using an iPhone 7 and I downloaded the app from ITunes.
