Telstra tv Netball

I am having issues watching live netball on Netball Live App. Issue has been there for all 3 games today and also Firebirds last week. Picture gets a little out of focus and then a “loading” message will display and then an error “video playback error” please try again later. Restarting the app plays for 1 to 5 minutes before issue occurs again.  I can use the app on iPad so not wifi issues. I’m only having issues with live netball on the Telstra TV model 4200X. I’ve reinstalled the app and still problem occurs. As it only occurs watching live netball this is extremely frustrating as can not test other than at game time. Please advise what the issue is. Hi Stef. It is only a problem on live netball. It occurred continuously for 3 games this last weekend and one the previous weekend. I will be unable to try again until the next live game next weekend. As it is a final, I will be very disappointed if there is no better help than this and it occurs again.
