netball live app not working

Good morning,
Yesterday I purchased a netball live app subscription, but every time I attempt to access the replay matches, I cannot view them.
An error message comes up saying that the video is temporarily unavailable.
I’ve tried this on wi-fi and mobile data, with no luck.
Could someone please advise on how to make this work?
Otherwise I will need to request a refund for my year’s subscription.

Thanks for your post and I am sorry for the issues with viewing replays through the App. This does appear to be working from my end at the moment. 

 

Can you please try uninstall and re-install the App and see if this still happens?

 

To confirm, does the App show you have an active subscription?

Hi Telstra,
I'm also having difficulty with the live app. i'm getting an error 500 message when trying to access videos from the menu. This needs to be fixed before the start of the season on Saturday. Your responses to previous queries look to be really slow. Can you help?

I have received word from our technical team that the Netball Live App was updated yesterday morning which should help. 

Can you please update your app from the app store and let me know if this resolves the issues you're experiencing?
