Can any of you identify what the issue could be?

Hey guys, I’ve been trying to make a call to someone who is with Telstra, however, it doesn’t ring and goes straight to “the mobile phone you are calling is not responding please call again shortly.” Can anyone clarify what this means?

Generally it means that they have got voicemail disabled on their service and that the phone is either switched off (or in DND mode) or out of range of a mobile signal.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
