Contacting Telstra from overseas with no mobile service or live chat

I’m overseas in South Africa. Roaming isn’t working though it was activated whilst I was in Sydney.
I have used all the troubleshooting advice available on line.
I need to contact Telstra.
I am not travelling with anyone with a Telstra mobile and live chat isn’t working either.
How can I get in touch with Telstra? Can Telstra support get in touch with me? I am a pre-paid Telstra user.

To get live chat to work, if using a mobile device, after you go to https://livechat.telstra.com you need to tell the browser to request the desktop site.

Otherwise it's a call to +61 439 125 109
Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

View and activate your international roaming status, and purchase international Data Packs with the My Telstra app.
