Contacting Telstra from overseas with no mobile service or live chat
I’m overseas in South Africa. Roaming isn’t working though it was activated whilst I was in Sydney. I have used all the troubleshooting advice available on line. I need to contact Telstra. I am not travelling with anyone with a Telstra mobile and live chat isn’t working either. How can I get in touch with Telstra? Can Telstra support get in touch with me? I am a pre-paid Telstra user.
