Coverage on Vline Services

I just wanted to know when Telstra are going to fix the big black holes on servers offered by Vline in Victoria. I travel to and from Melbourne Monday - Friday and when i am on a Vline service i only get coverage at major towns like Ballan, Ballarat, Bacchus Marsh and then when i get to Melbourne. Now I have looked at coverage maps and there is no black holes...

 

I pay for a X2 Motorola Xoom, HTC Evo 3D, Samsung Galaxy SII, HTC Sensation and the 4g wireless internet and cant use any of them and neither can my partner when we travel from Ballarat to Melbourne and we are getting to the point where we are going to go to the TIO because this is unfair and we are paying for services we cant use.

I'm sorry to hear that you've been having coverage issues when you're on the VLine service in Victoria and unable to use your mobile broadband/phone services.
