Enable international day pass

Arrived in Dallas and was told to just activate day pass once in the country via text, but have no service and if I try via web it tells me to turn wifi off and use Telstra network , which obviously doesn’t work

Which model phone are you using? You may need to reset your network settings.

You could also try https://livechat.telstra.com (make sure you tell your browser to request the desktop site), or call +61 439 125 109 to speak to a consultant.
Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

I am having the same problem as whisk29 except I am in Spain. The help number won't answer at all.
