How To Troubleshoot speed issues (iPhone Xs Max)

Hi guys,

I am not sure what everyone else is experiencing, but me and my partner are having troubles with our mobile internet!

We moved across from Optus to Telstra as hey have the best service and when it comes to mobile data we all know their tower are mean to be the best coverage wise.

This isn’t the case for us, there is days where it is slower then our previous provider and I have tested our devices in different locations. Some days it’ll be real quick some days it’ll just take 2-3 minutes to load a page. Now I’m saying that the main issue is that it’s chewing the data in the background while it’s loading there for our data gets used fairly quickly.

Is there any solution to troubleshooting the phone so the speeds get better. I know to switch the phone of and on, also to reset data network setting.

Does the speed issue only only occur when you're at home, or does it also occur in other places such as where you work and your local shopping center? I'd try removing the sim and then putting it back it as well. Additionally have you spoken with Telstra's mobile team on 13 22 00?
