International Roaming Charges

I am currently in Singapore and using Global Roaming with International Day Pass enabled - which I can confirm on the Telstra 24/7 App. Checking the charges on My Account - I have noticed that I have been charged for some local and overseas calls, which I though are part of the $10/day charge. I haven't been charged for data as I am within the limit, which is expected. Question I have is: Once the billing cycle come up, will all the charges balance out i.e. will be applied when I am billed? Cheers

Hi Robby, I hope you're enjoying your travels! The usage details will be shown in the account, but because the International Day Pass includes all calls and messages as part of the daily fee these will be removed once the invoice is issued. If you're moving on to other countries you can check whether they're covered by the Day Pass via https://www.telstra.com.au/international-roaming/mobiles-on-a-plan. (Singapore is covered)

I notice this for my general use in Australia.
I am on an unlimited plan but it still accounts for the calls I make on the app.
Rest assured I have not been billed even though the app tells me the value of calls I make.

Actually a good feature so I can make sure I get the bang for my buck
