If you have requested to activate the International Day Pass, your International Roaming will also be activated for your account if it already isn't.
You can check all of your account settings via your My Account here: https://tel.st/svdu4 or also via the 24x7 app: https://tel.st/dul5p once you log in with your My Account username and password.
If you have mobile data enabled then international data on the mobile network will work once International Roaming is active.
