Lost SIM card overseas

I have lost my Telstra SIM card and I am overseas. I want to see if I can suspend it as I’m worried somebody will find it and use it. I also want to know if it’s possible to get a replacement sent to my house with the same mobile number as I will need it for work as soon as I return home. I have tried calling all the numbers on the site they are not working and also the live chat will not load after I click the topics I want. Is there another way I can contact Telstra and have this resolved?

The number to call is +61 439 125 109. As far as Livechat goes, you need to click on your browser settings (usually 3 dots) and tell it to Request Desktop Site after you load the initial page.
Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
