I have lost my Telstra SIM card and I am overseas. I want to see if I can suspend it as I’m worried somebody will find it and use it. I also want to know if it’s possible to get a replacement sent to my house with the same mobile number as I will need it for work as soon as I return home. I have tried calling all the numbers on the site they are not working and also the live chat will not load after I click the topics I want. Is there another way I can contact Telstra and have this resolved?
