Message Bank - Voice to text

I always had regular voicemail on my iPhone, where if I missed a call and I get left a message it would appear in the voicemail section of my call log app, however one day it just randomly switched to voice to text, I then contacted Telstra to change it back and they did, but now instead of going to the voicemail section of my call log, it would call voicemail to hear (which was fine I guess). Last night it randomly went back to voice to text again! How do I fix this?

Concerning to hear of the technical issue with your MessageBank service. 

If you have MessageBank active on your account, it shouldn't revert back to Voice to Text randomly.
