Message Detecting Service

Since updating my plan, my two M1 which both have fully up to date firmware are both continuously showing ‘detecting service’.  Power cycle does not fix. Service is slow and flaky. Signal strength is very high. All previous posts seem to relate to old firmware. Business help doesn’t have an answer and the netgear team have knocked off.
