I'm the person that responds to reviews of the 24x7 and Telstra Air apps in the iOS and Google App Stores, so I'll pass this suggestion along to the people I work with.
@343GuiltySpark is right, and this means speed boosts etc. probably couldn't be added through such functionality, but plan movements between usage tiers etc. absolutely could be. With that said most of the plans are coming with unlimited data anyway, so the inclusions that change are going to be the extras or call inclusions . Given the declining use of fixed line services in a consumer setting it may not be development that is determined to be worthwhile when cost of development is considered.
