No data on roaming in Kuala Lumpur

I'm in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia for a short trip. After paying $10 AUD, I can't use my mobile data. The account shows my international pass is enabled and I have not used any data of my allowance of 200 MB. Worked on the day I arrived but then stopped. What's happening?
