Two weeks ago I changed mobile plans ( Telstra to Telstra - same number) and immediately lost mobile data. I have tried resetting, a hard reset and even spoke to Telstra support who didn't find a solution although they will call me back in half an hour after they test things on their end ( one week and waiting ). I'm not sure if it's related or not, but my music disappears unless my iPhone 6s is set to aeroplane mode.
any help is much appreciated as I feel like I'm back in 1999, sans the youthful exuberance of someone yet to join the workforce!
