Northam SOS Only

Hello, I am writing this in regards to Northam's reception being down lately, it is normally 2/3 bars of reception on a daily basis but for a while now almost everyone, including myself have been having 1 bar of reception, no 4G or even 3G and SOS Only. It is highly inconvenient for the locals and residents of this community to not be able to even use google in the town we live. This issue needs to be addressed in a serious matter immediately and I (among all other residents of this community) would appreciate it very much if this issue could be resolved. We did not pay our money to look at a spinning wheel all day.

There is an outage in Northam for Mobile Services. There are technicians working on it, however there is not an ETR as of yet. I do apologise for the inconvenience
