Just received this text to my mobile, however the link refers to data only. Do have a data only SIM on my account though.
From 1 July 2019, we're changing International Roaming. The next time you activate your mobile broadband device in an eligible destination, instead of pay-as-you-go-rates you will automatically activate an International Day Pass. Our day passes give you 200MB data and unlimited calls and SMS to standard numbers globally for $10/day or $5/day in NZ. For more info visit tel.st/irdaypass
A slight mistake & $10 dollar charge...
There is no mention if you can opt out.
You can turn off roaming in my account or the 24x7 app by selecting the service then selecting add-ons.
