Ported from Optus to Telstra - certain Optus numbers cant call me

title says it all, the numbers prior to me porting could call perfectly fine, i have replaced the sim card with a newer one and that didn't solve the problem, i have tried putting my sim in another phone and that didn't solve problem, all numbers trying to call are not blocked, i have reset network settings on the iphone multiple times and still nothing works.
