Pre paid activation trouble

Can’t get a pre paid sim to activate. Taken to telstra shop no help. Tried online help. 364DC471-A7CD-4049-A406-C774139AE4CB.jpeg

once I enter the 13 digit or the number I cannot select device so I can’t go any further. Telstra won’t help because it’s not a activated service. The sim is still in date not out of dat. Thanks.

Hi thanks for reaching out, I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble activating your Pre-Paid sim. May I ask if you've calling us on 13 22 00 and spoken to our team by saying "Pre-Paid" at the prompts?
