I had to upgrade to a new sim my other sim that wasn;t working. I was told it would only take 20mins for provisioning of the new sim but it is now over 8 hrs. I need a working phone and if provisioning is to take this long it should be made clear at the time of the transaction. I am having to make phone calls i have been reassured by 4 telstra consultants that it would be fixed within 2 hours (3 hours ago).... Order number SR 1-2370762087684 and Ref no. INT 1-2370714283636. I feel like no one has the answer or could be bother to help. If this continues, i will end my 10 years with telstra and go else where.
