Telstra Smart Modem

So my mum recently payed her Internet bill as it was slow, she payed it yesterday, it is still slow and I have turned it off for a few minutes and turned it back on, what do I tell her? It does work, but slowly; I can only really focus one app and if I go on two or more it stops working.

If you have the Telstra Smart Modem  Gen 1 Check the online  light on top second from back. If it is purple then fault with main link and modem is on 4 G backup. Call support and report a fault.

If the light on the bottom at the front is blue call tech support, if it's green then call billing as she may have been shapped for not paying the bill on time.

Hey,

Sometime that happened was occur. When i m login in liteblue usps portal there are also same error happened, But after some time it will works fine for me.
