Telstra tower booster down

Yesterday we lost 4G signal during a Thunderstorm. We still have very limited 3G.

The tower is at Smoky Creek, Queensland, near Jambin and Goovigen.

Quickest way to get it investigated is to call 132200 and say “mobile assurance” as they will be able to load a ticket for you on the spot. 

alternatively you can load a coverage feedback but it isn’t going to likely be as timely a response. https://service.telstra.com.au/customer/general/forms/coverage-feedback
