The Telstra tower since Wed 1 Nov 11:02am AEDT has been out or basically not working for post code 2283.
Is there any ETA on this being resolved?

You will find out when the investigation is complete as that means they are trying to find out what the problem is.
Once they know what the problem is, they will have some idea of how long it will take to fix.
They can take a while if the problem cannot be easily identified, or parts are required to be ordered.
