Re: Understanding and activating the International Day Pass

You are only charged for the day when you use the service on that day (times are based on AEST - Brisbane time).
Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

Re: Understanding and activating the International Day Pass

Hey @BenChapman, welcome to CrowdSupport.

@Jupiter is right on, the charge for the day is only incurred when the service gets used in a eligible country. The critical information summary for International Day Pass can be found here: http://tel.st/xdarp. From the "Minimum Term" section:

Minimum term

International Day Passes are available for use each day but are only charged when you use your service overseas in an Eligible Country. Each day a service is used in an Eligible Country, $5 or $10 will be charged to your account and the inclusions listed in the table above will be available for use that day in Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST). Unused data expires at the end of each day (AEST).
