I am currently in Italy and want to use international roaming, I did not set it up before departing Australia. I have an iPhone, and am on prepaid plan. Have been unable to connect to Telstra chat. Would appreciate any help. Thanks

In the Telstra 24/7 app I have international roaming and international day pass both enabled. I have noticed in my iphone settings under mobile, mobile data options, it says roaming off, do I also need to turn this on as well when I get to USA?Thanks

For the last 2 days I’ve not been able to use my wifi. I have adsl and TG587n modem. My power, Ethernet and wifi lights are green but I have no internet.
I’ve tried the suggested reboots etc. Help! I’m stuck at home with sick kids.
