This is all easily found within the Telstra 24x7 App, so we’ve put together a list of steps showing you how you can access it.
Open the Telstra 24x7 App, and press the ‘Support’ button at the bottom of the screen.
From here, press ‘Use or set up my device’.
You’ll then be taken through to our Mobile Support page. Enter the brand or model of the device in the empty field, or alternatively, select from the drop down menus.
This page contains information about the selected device and covers topics anywhere from Getting Started (e.g. How to insert your SIM Card) all the way through to setting up email.
Along with this, you can view the specifications of your chosen device as well as filter your selection by operating system.
