How does Telstra billing work with Kayo?

If you're a Telstra customer, you have an extra way to pay for your Kayo subscription, and that's by adding it onto your Telstra Bill. Other than how you pay for Kayo, the product features and the way you access it is exactly the same.

 
How will Kayo appear on my Telstra bill?

It will appear on your bill as ‘Kayo Sports Subscription’. The subscription billing dates will also appear on the bill (e.g. 20 Nov – 20 Dec).

Here’s an example of how Kayo will appear on your Telstra bill:

How do I add Kayo to my Telstra bill?

You need to sign up for Kayo through Telstra. Then, during the sign-up process, make sure you choose the option that adds your subscription to your Telstra bill. From there, you’ll see the subscription charge on your monthly Telstra bill.


Why can't I add Kayo to my Telstra bill?

There are a couple of reasons why you might not be able to add Kayo to your Telstra bill:

  • If you have not signed up for Kayo through Telstra, you are unable to add your subscription to your Telstra bill.
  • If you have an existing account with Kayo you cannot transfer your payment method to Telstra bill.
  • If you have signed up for Kayo through Telstra, and have selected credit card as your method of payment, you are unable to add your subscription to your Telstra bill.

i added kayo to telstra billing now its is declined and ill lose acces to kayo and telstra billing is this a known issue

Can I ask, did you get an error message or any kind of reason as to why you couldn't sign up?

i added kayo to my telstra bill.ithen got an email from kayo saying telstra payment was declined and i had to change  payment method to credit card which i did but telstra are still charging me on my bill

If I sign up to kayo through my telstra account when the billing period is due  can I then unbill myself for the next month.

Every time I try to access the Telsta Kayo offer ($5 for 2 months) I input my Telstra Login and then get thrown straight out.  What else can I do to access this?

Which page are you having that trouble on @APhil18? That offer is not valid if you've registered for Kayo before using your Telstra ID. -Dylan

trying to get this offer as an existing telstra customer who has never used kayo before. When it tries to send me a code to my mobile it says this number belongs to another account. I dont have a telstra phone but I am a telstra customer (home internet and phone plan). So frustrating!
